Monitoring:
We provide 24x7x365 monitoring of our customer servers, our network status and our connectivity to upstream backbone providers. Expert technicians identify potential issues and provide resolutions before any major problems occur.
Security:
A combination of dedicated personnel and the latest camera system provide a true round-the-clock monitoring of the interior and exterior of the facility. Access to the data center is limited to authorized personnel only, and is strictly enforced.
Redundant systems:
To ensure maximum connectivity and minimal downtime, we use redundant systems. This includes Cisco routers, switches, and sub master switches, the power system (diesel fueled generators in addition to our regular grid electrical power), and the backbone.
Each server is connected to an uninterruptible power supply, protected by our fire suppression system and multiple air conditioning units (HVAC). We keep a ready supply of drives, network cards, processors, motherboards, and every piece of equipment that has even a remote chance of failure.
